Refund policy

Shop Policy:

We don't accept returns or cancellations. You can exchange your items within 7 days of purchase if it is in the original  packaging and in brand new never worn condition. Please contact megengabrielle@gmail.com with your receipt of purchase and picture of items if there is a problem with your order. 

The following items can't be exchanged

-All watches and wraps are considered custom orders due tot the nature of how they are created. They are labor intensive and not returnable. 

-Custom or personalized orders of any kind-including rings that have been sized or worn.
-Items on sale or discount
-gift cards

Conditions of exchange:
Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged. Custom orders, special products ordered for a custom request and anything that is worn or used.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: P.O. Box 745 Mount Hermon California US 95041

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping/ exchange shipping will be deducted from exchange.

If you are shipping an item back, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be exchanged.
